Delivery Information
Orders are sent by Australia Post Red Satchel - the tracking number is emailed when items are packed ready for shipping.
Deliveries are made only within Australia, unless special arrangements are made. Our shipping cost is based on weight and are in bands according to what will fit in a satchel.
The checkout includes all costs including GST so you are aware of pricing before checkout. You may find it viable to ask friends/neighbours if they would also like to purchase to make best use of delivery costs.
Wrong size exchange
Sizes are clearly shown on the product page both in shoe sizes and inches. Please check foot with a ruler if you are unsure!
If you have ordered the wrong size, you can return the product for an exchange.
Items must be in their packaging and in a "as sent" condition.
You will be asked to return the times to an address we specify and include a reply paid red satchel for your replacement items. If you are ordering larger size/s, then you may need to send a larger satchel than the originals were sent in.
Please note there is a $10 exchange fee. This is payable before replacement thongs are sent.
Please email matt@plusone.com.au with your order number, size's needed and the link for the exchange fee will be sent.
